Elderberry with finely cut, lacy black foliage, comparable to that of a Japanese Maple. Adaptable to different soils and easy to grow. Large pink flowers complement the dark foliage, flower clusters are 5-7 inches wide. It is multifunctional as a stand-alone accent plant, mixed in a perennial or annual border, or makes a great container plant. The rich chocolate color holds well throughout the summer. Black berries in fall.
