Do we field pot and is there an extra charge for this service?
Yes, we have no problem field potting, just request field pot on your orders.
For plants potted to a 6 gallon or smaller there is no additional charge.
How do we handle credits?
We request notification within 5 days upon receipt of shipment. Quantity issues must be noted on the shipping document. Please notify sales rep or our nursery by fax and photos (if necessary) to expedite any claims.
Will we contract grow?
We have a number of custom growing options available. Contact us to discuss your needs.
Do we sell cuttings or liners?
Yes, we now sell cuttings and liners. Please inquire with us for an availability list.
Can we e-mail a photo of product?
Yes, we can usually get you a photo within 24 hours. All we need is your e-mail address.
Can we dig and hold material for a summer ship date?
Yes, we have the ability to dig and hold material in our sawdust bed for
summer shipments (special conditions do apply). Please contact us if you
have this need.
Is a particular plant hardy in my area?
To our best ability, based on available information and experience, we are able to recommend hardiness of our plants in your area. Many areas have micro climates which may cause variation. If a plant is in question, we recommend sampling a few in your area before ordering a large order.
Has my order shipped yet?
In the future we hope to provide you with online shipping schedules, estimated
ship date, and notification if the load has left our nursery.
